What can you do when your mindset isn't there?
Layers and layers of accountability. One thing .... One way to be accountable is to have LAYERS of accountability. The more layers you have, the more accountable you will be.
1. Have an important person. Someone who means the world to you Make THAT person a promise. That you will follow thur. Specifically - what are you going to do . Make them that promise
2. Find an everyday person to help you stay accountable. Someone you contact daily, you give them permission to hold you accountable.
For example:
++ Regardless of what I say, how convincing I am, tell me NO. They hold you as a role to hold you accountable. Change to draw yorself closer together
3. Have an online partner. Someone who understnads what you are going thru. Continue looking
4. track your progress daily. Not just in your head. Log it into a tracker. Be more accountable to yourself.
5. Use your day planner. Meal prep sundays. Exercising daily. Put it on the calendar so no one can replace it. Don't allow it to be disruptive. Don't make it white noise. Follow thru
6. Make it public. When you take it online in a blog or daily insta post. Your prgress, set backs, wins. When you start to do that, even if 1 person is watching, some how you mentally have more importance. It seals the deal.
