Stephanie Keto person -

You need to take it down when you start with.
Balance. You cannot workout at night.  Especially if you are on caffeine. Caffeine makes your adrenals stress out.  You keep pushing your body and you keep pushing it further in the day.

Real low...or do something else. Time under tension is okay, Really slow, deep contractions. Slow reps.  You don't need to go there and sweat. Sweat removes electrolytes. You need to drink a LOT of water!

You need magnesium, sodium, potassium, water!

You need to use the keytones. Use Time Under Tension.
Glutometers is what you need to use. Blood doesn't lie.
You want keytones to rise.

Best workout, you don't have to do hyterprophy. no over stress on the nervous system. you are addicted to adrenolin. You workout intense and its a catastrophe waiting to happen. You are making your body more fragile.  YOu need to strengthen your hormones and cells.  Do Time under tension for 6 weeks.  Do your workout before 3pm.    Your evening needs to be calm and relaxing.  Orange lamps and be chill.
Don't ramp up.

Time under tension.  30mins of a workout. SLOW reps. Heavy.

Many of you aren't hungry in keto. You are eating fat. Your body and brain is still working on deciding to become adapted. WHen you lose your appetite, its because you have insulin thats being moved out of your adrenols.   You have decision fatigue from over stimulating the brain. Too much glucose will shut off your brain.  Your hidden thyroid issue will come out.

Pre-workout - butter/coconut oil. A small fat bomb.  1Tbsp. Get that in instead. Know your macros.
Less intensity and use Time under tension, you won't have to worry about muscle loss.

Your kidney will adjust. your body will figure it out.

Timing of your food.
