Easy to prepare and ready in under 30 minutes.

  • ¾ cup shredded Cheese (85 g/ 3 oz) - any low-moisture cheese. A part-skim shredded mozzarella works nice.
  • ⅓ cup almond flour (33 g/ 1.2 oz)
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter or coconut oil for cooking (if using a non-stick spray, this can be omitted)
  • 1.7oz of cooked meat of your choice. Bacon, ham, turkey....

  • Directions:
  • 1. Cook the meat, if applicable and scramble your eggs.
  • 2. To prepare the dough, add the cheese to a bowl and microwave to melt it/combine it, using 15 second intervals. You don't want to overcook the cheese.
When the cheese is melty... add the Almond flour and combine the 2.
  • ** If needed, add 1T coconut oil to help combine the 2.
  • 3. Roll the dough out between 2 sheets of parchment paper
  • 4. Place meat and eggs on the dough and fold over to seal.
  • 5. Using a fork, poke some holes in the dough, which allows steam to escape and the crust to get crispy.
  • Bake at 400 F (200 C) for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
