Baked Sweet Potatoes
in the crock pot
I enjoy sweet potatoes. They are delish and super healthy for you. The only issue is, they take forever to bake in the oven and, the microwave just isn't the same. However, the Crock....now this is where the magic happens!
Aluminum foil
2. Wrap each pre-washed sweet potato in foil
3. Place in the Crockpot and put the lid on
4. Cook for 8 hours
(On high, cooking time is reduced to 4-6 depending on your crock)
Portions: 1 medium sweet Potato = 1 Yellow

4 Sweet potatoesAluminum foil
Directions
