A while ago, you were measured by the amount of time you could spend in the gym working out on a daily basis. Based on how devoted you were to the gym, resulted in the feeling of "I'm slashing bodyfat!" However, that's not quite the case anymore. An old technique called 2 a day workouts, where you go to the gym twice in a day, is a great way to stimulate muscle growth and strength gains and slash body fat. However, be careful because you could overtrain or burn out ... additionally, its your nutrition outside of your workout that will help you the most.
